The latest release "Brave" contains the following features and improvements:

Refunds

Full or partial refunds on transactions can now be issued directly from the operator portal. Operators enter how much they would like to refund up to the full amount the customer paid and the system will issue a refund directly back to customer's account.

Revenue Report

We have added a new Revenue report which allows you to filter on specific dates and drill into Assisted, Unassisted and Debt Recovery revenue:

Unassisted

The Unassisted report breaks up the zones that the traveller tapped on and off within, so you can see the number of trips taken for each zone as well as the revenue generated for each zone.

Assisted

This report breaks up the tickets that were purchased on the bus, so you can see the number of trips taken as well as the revenue for each ticket type.

Debt Recovery

This report shows how much revenue is currently outstanding as well as showing how much debt recovery has been completed during the filtered dates.

Improvements to the Trip screen

You can now search based on a date range on the trip report making it easier to find the trips you are looking for.
We have also added a total count on the top of the screen, making it easier to see how many trips have been processed for certain time periods.

Improvements to the Transaction screen

We have added a total count and the total amount to the top of this screen, making it easier to see how many transactions have been processed and the value of these transactions based on the selected filters.

Customer statistics

Operators can now view the total number of customers as well as the number of customers who have registered compared to the anonymous customers.

Improvements to the Customer Transaction view

There have been a number of improvements to how we are displaying customer transactions which are displayed in both the Customer Transaction Search and within the operator portal:

  • The type of transaction has been re-labelled to make it clearer:
    • Assisted ticket purchase is now 'Ticket purchase'
    • Unassisted transaction remains 'Aggregated Fare'
  • More details about the Ticket purchase are now included:
    • Which ticket was purchased
    • Date and time of the purchase and the expiry of the ticket
    • Which bus stop it was purchased at
    • Which zone the bus stop was in
  • The date format has been updated to be more readable
  • Minor wording updates for clarity

Improvements to the Customer profile

More information is now displayed about the Fare Media and Funding Source to assist with troubleshooting.

Maximum fare based on route for missed tap-offs

When a traveller forgets to tap-off, they will now be charged the maximum fare for the route they are on.

Debt recovery schedule

Operators can now select which days of the week and which times they would like debt recovery to occur, in order obtain the optimal results.

Minor improvements

  • Search for all registered customers is now available on the Customer screen, which is handy when you want to see who has registered
  • Resolved an issue where travellers were tapping before the ticket purchase was sent through to the device
  • Informational text has been added to the List report, to explain what each of the lists are for
  • Our privacy policy has been added to the footer of the operator portal
  • Bug fixes & other minor improvements
