The latest release "Home Alone" contains the following features and improvements:
The settlement report has been added to easily view the revenue that has settled through Cybersource for particular date periods. The total for the selected period is displayed at the top of the report.
The Unsettled transaction report lists all of the transactions that have failed to settle within 2 days, so we can investigate why they haven't settled.
Reports are now only displaying the relevant sections (excluding the side menu and top bar) when you print them, resulting in more printable reports!
The amount of outstanding debt is now displayed on the customer's profile (if they have outstanding debt) to make it clearer to operators when they are assisting customers.
Now depending on the type of concession, operators can choose if they want to collect expiry information or not. This makes the process of registering accounts for concession card holders, where their concession type doesn't require an expiry date (eg. Seniors), easier.
Easily switch language in the operator portal with the new language pack in the top bar! Languages currently available are English and Spanish.
There are now 2 types of caps, daily and now 2-hourly. This allows operators to set caps on fares for these time periods to encourage travellers to use public transport and pay the best fare for their travel.
You can now search for a customer using their mobile phone number in the operator portal. This will be useful when trying to find a registered customer within the system as well as for registering customers using On-Bus (coming soon!) and Online registrations.
When you click through to a customer profile and come back to the customer search, it will remember your search filters, so you don't need to enter them in again.
