The latest release "Up" contains the following features and improvements:
We have upgraded the registration devices to use the PAX A920, which can now register the following:
Registered users can tap their registered smart card and use an existing school pass or other ticket to access the bus.
Now filter on Unassisted, purchases, debt recovery, authorisations and refunds - making it easier to find the transactions you are looking for.
When a traveller has used 2 (or more) different fare media when travelling and wants to combine them into the same account, this can now be done using the Tapped Card Search feature.
Interested to see how many cards are on the decline list (since they had insufficient funds) or on the denied list (since they are lost or stolen)? You can now drill into each list on the List Management report to see which cards have been added. Click through on each card to be taken to their customer profile.
Details about devices can now be edited in the operator portal. This allows for quick updates of the device name and terminal id’s.
Due to issues with the transaction ID disappearing from bank statements after settlement, we have temporarily updated the search while this issue is resolved. Travellers can search on card type, last four digits of their card number, expiry date, amount charged and the date they travelled.
More details have been added to transactions in both the operator portal when looking at the customer’s transactions and in the traveller’s search.
It is now clearer when a transaction was an assisted ticket purchase or an unassisted aggregated trip.
Ticket purchases now show which ticket was purchased and the valid period of the ticket as well as information on the status of the transaction.
Clicking on Details shows you the card details when the card was tapped.
Aggregated trips now display the zone where all of the taps were made
