On Bus Concession Registration

There is now a more convenient way for travellers to register their concession card - directly on the bus!

When travellers purchase a ticket from the driver:

  1. The 'Register your concession' button will appear on the PAX device screen
  2. Selecting this button allows users to enter their mobile number before tapping to pay
  3. Travellers receive an SMS to continue the registration process on their phone
  4. Once complete, the operator will receive an email with the registration so they can validate it and enter it into the system

Improvements to the Traveller Portal

Searching on reference code

Thanks to our friends at Westpac, travellers will now see a reference code on their bank statement which makes searching for travel history as easy entering this code and the last four digits of the card they travelled with. Travellers can still use the previous method of entering details of a transaction amount and timing from their statement if they prefer.
